Senior Marketing Specialist
$30 - $35 per hourLighthouse Technology Services
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Marketing Specialist position! This is a 4 month contract with potential to extend and will be hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina with 1-2 days on-site per week. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered. What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive the adoption and engagement of operator-facing and customer-facing digital products through strategic marketing initiatives in the Business & Industry sector
- Support the ideation and development of marketing strategies that increase product conversion and customer engagement across hospitality technology platforms
- Execute comprehensive launch activities and ongoing marketing communications, campaigns, and promotions to both operators and end customers
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Product, UX Design, Data, PMO, and Digital Strategy teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Collaborate with Creative Services and Content Marketing teams to develop compelling creative assets optimized for multiple marketing channels
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for marketing campaigns, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and strategic objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sector partners and technology vendors to support integrated marketing efforts
- Lead multi-channel marketing efforts across traditional and digital platforms to maximize reach and impact
- 3+ years of marketing experience with focus on campaign development and execution, preferably in technology or food service industries
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing plans across traditional and digital platforms
- Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across various organizational levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for campaign planning, reporting, and stakeholder presentations
- Data-driven approach to marketing with creative mindset and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
- Willingness to travel domestically for technology launches (less than 10% travel required)
