We're seeking a motivated professional to join our growing Marketing Team and lead high-impact strategic pursuits. The role focuses on leading development of proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQs), interview materials, and other client-facing deliverables, while collaborating with leadership and technical teams to create compelling, client-focused marketing content that supports pursuits and strengthens our brand.What You Will Be DoingLead coordination of pursuit strategy and execution for proposals, SOQs, and interview deliverables. Manage proposal schedules, writing, editing, and production to ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards. Facilitate pursuit kickoff meetings, content development, review cycles, and final submission preparation. Support capture planning and strategic pursuit planning activities to strengthen positioning for project opportunities. Develop and coordinate project interview presentations and materials. Promote the company's brand and capabilities through consistent messaging across marketing deliverables and materials. Create tailored project descriptions and staff resumes for use in pursuit materials. Mentor Marketing Coordinators and Specialists by providing guidance, feedback, and best practices for proposal development and marketing workflows.
