Senior Marketing Manager

Innovien is supporting the North American commercial growth of a healthcare technology company serving the clinical diagnostics market. We're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to own market awareness and demand generation across the region — a hands‑on individual contributor seat with a real path into leadership as the business scales. What You'll Do Build and run integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified sales opportunities across the product portfolio Drive demand generation through trade shows, conferences, webinars, email, digital, and targeted outreach — regional and national Partner directly with Sales to convert marketing activity into pipeline and new customers Develop and grow relationships with existing customers, clinical professionals, and key opinion leaders; expand the North American reference site network Produce clinical marketing content — white papers, case studies, product messaging, sales enablement materials — and support new product launches and competitive positioning Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to determine what's actually driving adoption and pipeline What You Bring 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical device, or life sciences Strong understanding of marketing to healthcare organizations and clinical audiences Proven demand generation track record — campaigns that produced awareness, qualified leads, and new customer opportunities Hands‑on experience planning and executing trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events Experience working shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, with a clear grasp of how marketing translates into commercial growth Customer relationship and KOL development experience, including building reference sites Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship Nice to Have Prior sales background or working knowledge of a full sales cycle Salesforce or Zoho CRM experience Details Approximately 20% travel across North America #J-18808-Ljbffr
