Blending creativity, critical thinking, and business acumen, you’ll help translate office and market goals into clear, compelling, and executable marketing strategies that support growth.Supporting three local markets, you’ll thrive in a “working manager” role that balances hands-on marketing leadership with the mentorship, management, and development of other marketing team members. You take joy in building strong relationships, listening well, prioritizing wisely, and helping teams stay focused and aligned.You’ll guide and support marketing efforts across proposals, presentations, social media, award submittals, content development, marketing copy, client events, tradeshows, jobsite events, and local philanthropic initiatives.
