This role provides expert guidance to senior client leadership, drives the creation of innovative and scalable Marketing solutions, and requires strategic engagement with client personnel. The position leans on vision, creativity, advanced analytical skills, and experience in both digital and traditional marketing arenas to deliver long-term, organization-wide impact. Advise on and shape critical Marketing strategies and resources for complex business and technical needs. Consult with client leadership and cross-functional teams to solve unique Marketing challenges using advanced analytical and strategic thinking. Lead or participate in the design and delivery of innovative Marketing solutions across multiple business areas. Provide expertise on digital content execution, technical platform optimization, and marketing technology enablement. Collaborate with client personnel to drive organizational objectives and ensure solution alignment with long-term business goals. Must Have: Minimum 7 years’ experience in Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, or Digital Platforms (Mobile or Social Media), demonstrated through work history, consulting, training, military background, or education. Advanced execution experience with digital content management systems such as SDL Tridion, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Deep proficiency in Adobe Target or similar platforms with strong multi-variant testing and targeted offer build skills. Technical skills to read and interpret HTML and CSS for content customization and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of and experience applying web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), including accessibility testing. Familiarity with Adobe tools such as Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), AEM, Target, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Nice to Have: Experience with emerging marketing technology platforms and personalization strategies. Prior exposure to regulated industries or complex corporate environments. Experience leading cross-functional or matrixed project teams. Additional digital analytics or marketing automation experience.
