Procurement Analyst

Procurement AnalystAs a Procurement Analyst, you will support Kohl's procurement functions, which include project execution, vendor support, cost control and store support. You will collaborate closely with other Kohl's divisions and external vendors to execute project processes and programs to support new initiatives and manage assigned Corporate, Store and Distribution programs.What You'll DoManage order system data for stores, distribution centers, e-fulfillment centers and projectsCreate and update ordersValidate the accuracy and completeness of ordersPartner with vendors to ensure order accuracy and timelinessPartner with Logistics or Distributor to monitor deliveriesServe as primary liaison with Stores and field teams in the ordering processMonitor and facilitate the issue resolution process with vendors, stores, contractors and internal partnersCommunicate global issues and offer suggestions for resolutionIdentify process improvements within programsParticipate in additional special projects and initiativesTrain internal and external business partners on key processes and systemsAdditional tasks may be assignedWhat Skills You HaveRequired:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceProficiency in Excel and WordStrong ability to collaborate cross-functionallyExcellent communication, customer service and time management skillsPreferred:Procurement experienceERP/procurement software experienceVendor management experienceStrong negotiation and organizational skillsSpecial Requirements:Some Domestic travel
