Data and Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data and Reporting Specialist to manage our data pipeline and reporting infrastructure. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, maintain business intelligence (BI) dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that directly influence business performance. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in data manipulation, an analytical mindset, and the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Logistics Metrics & Performance Tracking Track KPIs: Monitor On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery rates, warehouse utilization, order cycle times, and carrier performance. Cost Analysis: Analyze freight spend, fuel surcharges, accessorial fees, and cost-per-mile benchmarks to pinpoint cost savings. Capacity Planning: Model historical shipping volumes to help operational teams predict seasonal peak demands and equipment needs. Strong Excel skills (an assessment will be provided) Willingness and desire to learn Ability to work outside regular business hours when needed, specifically on Mondays Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Strong organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Vitality Staffing
