The Role

As Service Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations with a focus on:

• Delivering exceptional guest experiences through 100% table visitation
• Fostering a guest-centric, high-energy environment
• Partnering closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house
• Receiving daily mentorship and support from the Managing Partner
• Contributing to a culture that prioritizes internal growth and promotion
