Key Responsibilities: Pre-Litigation : Manage client intake, conduct investigations, gather and review evidence, negotiate with insurance companies, and prepare demand packages to secure settlements. Litigation : Represent clients in court, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation. Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations. Handle a diverse caseload involving car accidents, slip and fall incidents, workplace injuries, and other personal injury matters. Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, explain legal options, and answer questions. Work closely with senior attorneys to strategize and execute case plans. Maintain a high level of client care and professional ethics throughout the process. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Georgia. 2-4 years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong background in both pre-litigation and litigation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation, legal research, and drafting skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
