Spanish-speaking Closing Attorney Our client, a well-established and growing residential real estate closing and title firm in Gwinnett County, is seeking a Spanish-speaking closing attorney to join its team. Serving clients throughout metro Atlanta, the firm has built a strong reputation for efficiency, client service, and a high-volume closing practice supported by experienced staff and modern technology. What You'll Do Conduct residential real estate closings throughout metro Atlanta Review title commitments and assist in clearing title issues Serve as attorney of record on residential transactions Provide exceptional client service to buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents Conduct closings in both English and Spanish Handle all firm closings, not solely Spanish-speaking transactions Travel occasionally throughout metro Atlanta for off-site closings Who We're Looking For The firm is open to attorneys across a broad range of experience levels and is willing to invest in the right person. Success in this role comes down to professionalism, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset.
