Virtual Call Center Agent - Full-Time Customer Support - US-Based Remote Role

Job Summary Progressive Technology is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Virtual Call Center Agents to join our growing remote support team. As a key member of our Customer Support division, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing world-class service and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a full-time work-from-home opportunity tailored for individuals who are self-motivated, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping people. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information regarding products or services. Log all customer interactions and resolutions in CRM tools with detailed and timely documentation. Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while maintaining ownership of the customer interaction. Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay current on company policies and product updates. Deliver a positive customer experience through empathy, patience, and proactive problem-solving. ✅ Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient in using call center software, CRM tools, email, and basic computer applications. Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail. A quiet and distraction-free home office setup with a high-speed internet connection. Experience 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred. Prior experience working in a remote environment is an advantage. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. ⏰ Working Hours Full-time: 40 hours/week. Flexible shifts available (morning, afternoon, or evening). Must be available to work in U.S. time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST) as per team allocation. Weekend or holiday availability may occasionally be required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong customer-centric attitude with the ability to de-escalate sensitive situations. Adaptability to different customer personas and technical troubleshooting. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
