LPN - Part-Time Overnights

Job Summary:

Cross Timbers Nursing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our evening shift team at our facility in Midwest City, Oklahoma. As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and attention to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vaccinations

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans

• Collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient care delivery

• Perform vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, as needed

• Assist with medication administration, as directed
