Your Role Will Include:
Individualized therapy and medication management
Trauma-informed, veteran-specific care
Collaborative treatment planning within a supportive, multi-disciplinary team

Licensed or license-eligible Psychiatrist in Indiana
Active DEA and Indiana CSR
