Customer Service Representative

Pay: $20.00-$25.00/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Location: West Valley City, UT

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join a growing wholesale distribution company in the apparel industry. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to help accounts grow.

The right candidate will bring a strong customer service mindset along with sales and marketing experience. We're looking for someone who is organized, confident communicating with customers, and eager to grow professionally within a successful and established company.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate professionally with customers by phone and email
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts
• Develop action plans to help customers achieve their goals
• Manage and analyze incoming inventory to provide solutions for customers
• Make proactive customer calls while managing inbound requests
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and opportunities
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement sales strategies for assigned accounts
• Manage multiple projects and assignments through completion
• Prepare quotes and develop creative solutions for customer needs
• Research and qualify potential B2B partnerships through phone, email, and other channels
• Assist with developing promotions, specials, and other customer programs
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience with a customer service background preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable balancing customer service responsibilities with sales-related activities
• Interest in consumer products, apparel, marketing, and current trends
• Competitive, positive, and motivated with an eagerness to learn
• Ability to think creatively and develop solutions to business challenges
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
