What We’re Looking For: 1+ year in a customer service role ( home services or tech industry experience is a plus ) Excellent communication and active listening skills Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (but we’ll train the right person!)
