VA Claims Insider (VACI) is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Human Resources Manager to lead the HR team and scale the function across a 100+ employee distributed workforce. You will own talent acquisition, contracts, compensation bands, and payroll via BambooHR Payroll, while ensuring FLSA/EEO‑1 compliance and robust data security. You will partner with the COO to optimize BambooHR and integrate Google Gemini across HR workflows, shaping policies, hiring, and communications at speed. #J-18808-Ljbffr VA Claims Insider, LLC
