• Schedule: ASAP - Ongoing; No Call; Allowed Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
• Job Setting: Inpatient, Telehealth, Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Hematology and Oncology; Rounding assigned patients; 1-2 patients per shift; Admissions required; 28 Medical / 7 ICU beds at Middlesboro
• EMR System: MediTech
• Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 45 days; Temporary privileges not available; Hospital/surgery center privileges required

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required; Fellowship: 2 years
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Licensure: Licensed in Kentucky, will accept IMLC
