Hematology/Oncology Physician Requirements

• Board certified physician required
• Fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology or a related internal medicine subspecialty preferred
• Active ACLS and BLS certification required
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience required
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to provide high-quality care in a consultative setting

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage hematology and oncology patients in an on-site clinical setting
• Provide consultative care and follow-up for a small daily patient volume
• Collaborate with the care team to support coordinated treatment plans
• Document assessments, recommendations, and treatment decisions clearly and accurately
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients and families
• Maintain timely communication with the clinical team regarding patient needs and plan of care
