We are looking for a Senior Litigation Support Analyst to support litigation teams with electronic discovery, document review, and production activities in Wilmington, Delaware. This role is ideal for someone who can balance technical execution with strong client service in a deadline-driven legal environment. The successful candidate will help attorneys and case teams manage review platforms, analyze data, and prepare materials for court and production while maintaining accuracy across multiple active matters.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with attorneys and legal staff throughout different phases of litigation to deliver technical and operational eDiscovery support.
• Advise case teams on review platform functionality and analytics strategies to streamline document review populations and improve efficiency.
• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot litigation databases to ensure reliable performance and user access.
• Design and configure new review workspaces, including coding layouts, issue tags, batch assignments, and customized review screens.
• Ingest, transform, and load incoming client data into eDiscovery systems while validating file integrity and load accuracy.
• Develop and run searches, filters, queries, and reports to support case strategy, data analysis, and status tracking.
• Conduct or support electronic data collections and process digital evidence for search, investigation, and dataset reduction.
• Perform quality checks and prepare productions for delivery, ensuring documents meet legal and technical specifications.
• Train legal teams on document review tools and database applications, and provide hands-on support during active matters and trial preparation.
• Assist with trial readiness by organizing exhibits, coordinating with external vendors, and supporting courtroom presentation technology when needed.• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or a closely related legal technology role.
• Strong understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model and commonly accepted industry practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters at once while meeting demanding deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with a strong customer service mindset.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, sound troubleshooting ability, and careful attention to detail.
• Experience building, administering, and maintaining document review databases and working with data or image load files.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, ShareFile, TextPad, and similar litigation support applications; familiarity with Nuix or Nuix Discover is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to shifting priorities with professionalism and composure.
