Description The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for coordinating all clinical agency activities associated with pharmaceutical services and products. Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with didactic coursework and experiential rotations in pharmaceutical care. Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License Preferred Qualifications: PharmD Post‑graduate degree in pharmacy, or Completion of a post‑graduate pharmacy residency in geriatrics.
