If you like working with people, are self-motivated and interested in how a house works, we are looking for you! Candidates will be detail-oriented with technical aptitude and great communication skills. Additionally, they will need to be physically able to climb ladders, traverse small crawl spaces, and stairs, as well as organized, clear thinking, and like helping people. This position is responsible for conducting property inspections, completing electronic reports, and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for a continuous learner, who is humble yet confident, and understands the importance of excellence. A dependable vehicle is a must. A full background check is required for employment. We provide flexible scheduling, generous compensation, tools, equipment, software, E&O insurance, and all back-office support.
