Cloud Operations Manager

Seeking a process-oriented Cloud Operations Manager, the full-time remote position will manage and mentor the IT operations team, elevate cloud infrastructure maturity in AWS, and establish best practices for CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor IT operations team members, providing technical guidance and developing their cloud engineering capabilities Own and grow the AWS environment, implementing architecture patterns, cost optimization, and security hardening Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application services to support various deployments Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with AWS, including hands-on architecture and troubleshooting Strong background with CI/CD tools and pipeline design Experience in managing and developing technical team members Proven track record of implementing operational processes and documentation standards Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance considerations
