Since opening in 2017, our agency has grown into a team of seven professionals who work together with a strong sense of family, respect, and collaboration. Having started my career working for another agent before opening my own office, I know firsthand the importance of creating an environment where team members feel supported and equipped to succeed. We provide ongoing training, licensing reimbursement, a health stipend after six months, and flexible hours to promote a healthy work-life balance. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rob Emler - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
