Locksmith I Greensboro, NC I $25-$30 h/r (DOE)

The Reserves Network is Hiring

The Reserves Network is partnering with a well-established local company to identify a motivated and dependable Locksmith Technician for an immediate opening in the Greensboro area. We are seeking an experienced locksmith who can quickly contribute to residential and commercial service operations.

What You'll Do

• Install, repair, replace, and service residential and commercial locks
• Rekey locks and create duplicate keys
• Diagnose and troubleshoot lock, key, and door hardware issues
• Respond to lockout and emergency service calls
• Install and service deadbolts, locksets, panic hardware, door closers, and related security hardware
• Maintain service records and work documentation
• Work safely on ladders and in various environments
• Lift and carry tools, locks, and equipment as needed
• Provide outstanding customer service at client locations
• Travel to customer sites using a company vehicle after training

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. on-call rotation 5-7 days per month

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous locksmith experience
• Experience with residential and commercial lock systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service abilities

Successful candidates must possess:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable background / ability to pass a pre-empoyment drug screen

Additional Earning Potential

After training, technicians participate in an on-call rotation and are eligible to earn commission on after-hours service calls.
