Customer Service Representative - Insurance

To support customer inquiries, the remote Colorado Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls regarding insurance policies, assist with billing inquiries, and provide coverage information while awaiting state licensing. Key responsibilities Handle inbound calls related to insurance policy inquiries, including coverage, endorsements, and modifications Manage a high volume of billing calls, particularly during military paydays Assist customers with policy recommendations and ensure a positive customer experience Required qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED equivalent required 1-2 years of relevant work experience Open availability during operating hours Able to complete collegiate-level coursework for state exam preparation
