We are seeking a receptionist to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Receive customers calls
- Direct customers to team members for service/sales
- Receive customer payments
- Resolve customer payment issues
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong people skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
