About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Director, Head of Portfolio Compliance to spearhead the strategic direction, governance framework, and operating model for portfolio compliance within the investment operations. The successful candidate will be the senior leader and principal point of escalation for all portfolio compliance matters, overseeing the compliance oversight framework, and serving as a senior advisor on complex investment guidelines and regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in strengthening the control environment, identifying emerging risks, and driving large-scale transformation initiatives, particularly those focused on automation and technology enhancements. The Head of Portfolio Compliance will also be responsible for building and scaling the compliance organization, including team structure and talent strategy, and must maintain a strategic approach to risk management. Applicants for the Head of Portfolio Compliance position at the company should have extensive experience in portfolio compliance leadership within a global investment platform.
