Marketing Manager 2

Role & Responsibilities Identify and manage partnerships aligned with brand, campaigns, and device launches; map partners to objectives, audiences, and sales goals Develop and execute partnership frameworks that create strong brand and business synergies Negotiate and finalize contracts while working with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Procurement Own end-to-end execution of partnerships with a consumer‑first mindset and accountability for results Track, analyze, and report on KPIs; optimize performance with corrective actions Act as a partnerships expert and advisor to internal stakeholders Collaborate with Carrier/Retail teams to align goals and maximize impact Ensure all plans stay within budget and follow compliance guidelines Keep cross‑functional teams informed on active and upcoming partnerships; drive best practices in communication Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business 8+ years of experience in partnerships, marketing, sponsorships, business development, or related fields Agency experience (sponsorship, activation, media) is a plus Strong contract negotiation skills with adherence to legal and compliance policies Strategic, iterative thinker who challenges the status quo Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills Experience negotiating complex deals with large, global organizations Experience working with technology platforms and internet brands Existing relationships with leading media and digital companies preferred Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop action plans Ability to make decisions quickly in ambiguous situations Comfortable presenting to senior executives (CxO level) Strong project and program management skills Location & Details Location: Plano, TX, USA Duration: 12 months Pay Range: $52,000 - $57,000 Weekly Schedule: 40 hours Job Status: Non‑Exempt Benefits Hospital plans 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre‑tax and Roth post‑tax contributions available (USA) Life Insurance (Company paid Basic Life and AD&D as well as voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) Company paid short and long‑term disability Health & Dependent Care Spending Accounts (HSA & DCFSA) Employee Assistance Program Time Off/Leave (PTO, Allegis Group Paid Family Leave, Parental Leave) AGS is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all applications without regard to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Allegis Global Solutions
