These recognitions highlight LVHN's commitment to teamwork, compassion, and technology with an unrelenting focus on delivering the best health care possible every day.Whether you're considering your next career move or your first, you should consider Lehigh Valley Health Network.Job DutiesProvides monthly financial performance review of campus activity to regional SLT.Compiles projections and vets assumptions on initiatives or opportunities to grow the market utilizing various systems such as cost, budget and EPIC.Reviews and performs market analysis to understand viability of opportunities and initiatives and evaluates plan performance to assess success.Assess opportunities timely to provide action items in order to achieve or exceed budget including identify opportunities for efficiencies, lowering costs or increasing revenue.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting.7 years Finance, Accounting and or Healthcare.Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Business Administration.7 years in Healthcare Finance.CPA - Certified Public Accountant - State of PennsylvaniaPhysical Demands Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.Job Description Disclaimer: This position description provides the major duties/responsibilities, requirements and working conditions for the position.
