Speech Therapist

Hopewell Center, located in Anderson, Indiana, is seeking licensed Speech Therapists to provide early intervention services to children (birth–3) through Indiana’s First Steps Early Intervention program. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, offering flexibility and professional autonomy. Contractors manage their own schedules and caseloads while partnering with Hopewell to deliver high-quality, family-centered therapy services in home and community-based settings. As a contracted provider, you will maintain your own licensure, professional liability insurance, and tax responsibilities. In return, Hopewell provides referral support, administrative coordination, and collaboration within a mission-driven organization committed to empowering children and families. Pediatric experience is preferred. We’re seeking therapists with a passion for early intervention who are committed to partnering with families in natural environments and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to support meaningful child outcomes. Essential functions of a Speech Therapist include: Implements individual program plans. Provides speech therapy to assist child and family in meeting outcomes and objectives. Completes a variety of required paperwork. Must provide services in client home or community setting. Must have a clear criminal history background. Ability to effectively communicate. Ability to complete required paperwork timely. Ability to maintain records of client activities and progress. Required education/license/certifications: Valid driver's license.
