Job Description: As a Speech-Language Pathologist in our Skilled Care Facility, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in our residents. Your work will contribute to their overall well-being, ensuring they can communicate effectively, maintain their independence, and enjoy an improved quality of life. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans and goals. Provide therapy and interventions to address speech and language difficulties. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care. Document and maintain accurate records of patient progress. Educate and support residents and their families regarding treatment plans and strategies. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in OH. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but open to CFYs! Experience in a skilled care or long-term care setting is a plus.
