You’ll get to:* Cycle counts raw materials, WIP, finished goods, consignment, and non-conforming materials to maintain established count and accuracy goals* Review SAP transactions to resolve inventory discrepancies* Report inventory shortage adjustments to scheduling and/or purchasing to avoid production delays and customer backorders.* Root cause analysis and reconciliation of the count discrepancies* Create monthly inventory and root cause analysis reports* Attend meetings and follow-through with dispositioning* Maintain item and location labeling using 5S visual management* Assist in preparation of physical inventories* Assist in the implementation of improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory, minimize costs and maximize working capital* Drive a forklift or other powered industrial trucks to perform tasks as assigned* Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.**Who You Are**You always strive to do a good job...but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? You also have: * High School Diploma/GED required.* 1-year experience in Warehouse environment preferred* Demonstrate basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.* Organized with strong attention to detail and ability to apply problem solving skills* Experience with cycle counting and/or inventory movements.* Ability to communicate verbally and/or in written form effectively.* Excellent math skills and ability to read/write in English.* Able to work with minimum supervision* Knowledge of SAP and Webdynpro systems preferred.* Previous experience driving a forklift or similar Powered Industrial Truck within a warehouse preferred* Must possess strong problem solving and decision-making skills.* Schedule flexibility.
