Logistics Assistant
Phigora
Phigora is hiring a full-time Logistics Assistant / Shipping & Receiving Associate for our Great Neck, NY location.
This role supports daily logistics operations for a luxury watch company, including receiving packages, opening packages under CCTV, creating internal intake records, organizing watches and accessories, preparing outbound shipments, printing shipping labels, updating Zoho Desk, and packing high-value luxury watches with care.
The ideal candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable following step-by-step procedures. Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, e-commerce, luxury goods, watches, jewelry, FedEx, UPS, Zoho, or order management systems is a plus.
This is an on-site role that requires accuracy, accountability, and careful handling of valuable items.
