Pride Health is currently hiring for a Stock Person position with a leading healthcare facility in New York, NY .

???? Location: New York, NY 10065

???? Work Setting: Onsite

???? Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

Pay- $20 to $23/hr W2

???? Contract: 13 Weeks

???? Employment: Contract

???? Education: High School Diploma/GED

???? Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to wear safety-toe boots
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment

???? Key Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders for delivery to various departments
• Load and operate hand trucks/carts to transport merchandise
• Receive, inspect, and distribute supplies and merchandise
• Verify delivery tickets, purchase orders, receiving reports, and packing slips
• Rotate inventory and check product expiration dates
• Identify and report damaged, missing, expired, or incorrect items
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts
• Use computer systems and handheld devices to enter and retrieve information
• Operate hydraulic lifts and cardboard balers as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas
• Assist with returns, repacking, labeling, and shipping materials
• Follow all departmental safety procedures and hospital policies
• May be required to make deliveries to other network hospital locations as assigned
• Perform other related duties as needed
