Shift Differentials Tuition Reimbursement (Up to $2,500 per semester / $5,000 annually for eligible full-time staff) Career Advancement Opportunities Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing BLS, IV Certified Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required Directly supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift by monitoring medication administration, blood draws, and other elements of resident care Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift Provide education and support to staff, residents, and resident family members as needed Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines Support the nursing team in maintaining high standards of resident care and safety Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator Minimum 2 years SNF management experience Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Schedule & Benefits: Schedule: 3p-11p and 11p-7a Every other weekend!
