As an Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor , you will play a key leadership role on our clinical team—overseeing daily operations, supporting and mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. Your leadership will help create a positive, collaborative environment where both residents and team members feel supported.

Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor Schedule & Benefits  

• Schedule: Part-time , every weekend (Sat. & Sun.) on 7-3p, 3-11p, or 11-7a

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications  

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing 

• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License 

• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required 

• Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC) 

 

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities  

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care 

• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift 

• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members 

• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines 

• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
