Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team for weekend shifts. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents. Currently hiring PT, Morning or Mid shift.Key Responsibilities:Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansAssist with admissions, transfers, and discharges of residentsAccurately document all resident care and maintain up-to-date recordsCollaborate with physicians regarding residents' care plans and necessary modificationsSupervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality personal careCommunicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team membersProvide education to patients and families to support safe discharge planningRespond promptly and efficiently to residents' needs and emergenciesCompensation: $42-$47 and is determined based on experienceQualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New JerseyStrong clinical and assessment skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentAt least 1 year prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferredAbout Us: Tower Lodge Care Center is one of New Jersey's premier providers of long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services.
