Wastewater Engineer

Responsibilities Design and develop wastewater treatment systems and processes Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for wastewater projects Prepare engineering reports, drawings, and specifications for wastewater infrastructure Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients Conduct site visits and inspections to assess wastewater treatment facilities Monitor and evaluate the performance of wastewater treatment systems Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in wastewater engineering Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field Proven experience in wastewater engineering or related field Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and technologies Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, HEC-RAS Familiarity with project management principles and practices Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Note: Experience in oil and gas industry or stream/river restoration projects is a plus.
