Outside Sales Account Manager Industrial Component Service & Repair

Perfection Servo a SunSource company specializes in providing worldwide service repair and remanufacturing in the areas of electronics hydraulics robotics servos and mechanical components for various industries.

We are seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager to grow our business in Columbus OH and surrounding areas .

In this role you will partner with manufacturing and industrial customers to provide repair solutions that reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability . You will work with maintenance engineering operations and purchasing professionals to support repairs of industrial electronics hydraulics robotics servos and mechanical components .

Essential Functions

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on new business development and account growth .
• Prospect through cold calling networking referrals and customer visits .
• Manage the full sales cycle including lead qualification presentations quotations follow-up and relationships with maintenance engineering operations and purchasing decision-makers .
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to effectively manage territory and opportunities.
• Partner with customer service and technical support teams to deliver solutions and exceed customer expectations.
• Conduct regular customer visits to identify opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Achieve sales activity and revenue goals .

Experience Education and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing Engineering or a related field or a two-year technical degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in industrial sales technical sales industrial distribution MRO automation fluid power or industrial repair services preferred.
• Experience with repair solutions involving industrial electronics hydraulics robotics servos automation equipment or mechanical systems is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to drive regularly work in industrial environments and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
