What you bring:

Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching
High retention through qualified applicant identification and employee development
Implementation of merchandising and marketing programs
Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion
Maintenance of a clean, safe environment
Excellent communication and computer skills
High School diploma or GED preferred, or retail management experience
Valid Driver's License and automotive liability insurance
Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks
