You will help plan and facilitate all property management activities and transactions. Responsibilities Recertifications. Leasing and processing applications. Timely, accurate processing of Accounts Payable operations. Timely, accurate processing of Accounts Receivable operations. General office administration. Specific site administration. Tenant/landlord relations. This position reports directly to the Community Manager in planning and directing the community goals and operations. Qualifications Previous experience in property management or other related fields. Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases. Familiarity with LIHTC. Ability to build rapport with tenants.
