Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center located in Santa Rosa offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere that promotes healing and recovery. As a Physical Therapist, you will work onsite amid a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and medical staff, all working together to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The center's hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured yet flexible schedule that helps maintain work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, utilizing diagnostic assessments to determine the most effective treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and adjust personalized therapy plans based on patient progress and specific rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like therapeutic ultrasound and electrical stimulation to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor and collaborate with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, providing emotional support, motivation, and education regarding their conditions and treatment progress.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatment sessions and outcomes in compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
• Engage in regular interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care progress and contribute to a unified approach to treatment.
• Foster strong, trust-based relationships with patients, ensuring a compassionate and understanding environment that promotes engagement in their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center specializes in treating a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic interventions relevant to physical therapy.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey information to patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player in a busy clinical environment.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.

Compensation and Benefits
