PalAmerican Seeks a Highly Skilled, Dynamic IT Manager !

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage IT service delivery across all US operations, ensuring reliable and customer-focused support
Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and telecommunications
Manage and mentor US-based IT teams, contractors, and service providers to foster accountability and growth
Act as a primary technology partner for business leaders, translating needs into practical solutions
Plan and execute technology projects, upgrades, and business-driven initiatives
Support cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management efforts aligned with governance policies
Monitor technology budgets and identify opportunities for efficiency and service improvement
Collaborate with corporate teams to promote innovation and standardization

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 5 years progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and team leadership
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint and identity management, and cloud technologies
Experience managing multi-site or distributed support teams in service-oriented environments
Deep understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and IT governance
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to align technology to business needs
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field; relevant certifications a plus
