This role involves maintaining cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, equipment, and kitchen utensils. Job Responsibilities Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils. Maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink, and related areas. Ensure equipment is clean, in working condition, and report any issues to management. Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed. Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients, and co‑workers. Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation. Ensure security of company assets. Qualifications Understanding of basic sanitation procedures. Ability to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
