The role centers on ensuring guests receive timely service and a clean dining area during busy periods. Responsibilities Lift up to 50 lbs. Stand for 10+ hours. Work at a fast pace for at least 6 hours consecutively. Adhere to uniform guidelines. Maintain reliable transportation. Memorize floor chart and table numbers. Qualities & Qualifications Winning personality. Consistent positive attitude. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Position Classification This part‑time position meets federal health reform law standards. Employees work an average of 29 hours or fewer per week over a measurement period. Hours may vary over time, but the position remains part‑time for benefits and other purposes unless formally changed. Federal law mandates monitoring hours worked to determine future health plan eligibility. If hired, hours will be tracked over a 12‑month period starting after the first day of employment.
