Interventional Radiology Technologist II

Hourly Wage Estimate: $37.26 - $55.91 per hour. Job Summary Interventional Radiology Technologist II – responsible for performing minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic imaging procedures using image guidance under the direction of an interventional radiologist. The role requires expert knowledge of Interventional radiology procedures, patient care, and effective communication with the radiology team and referring physicians. Key Responsibilities Perform interventional radiology procedures with appropriate patient positioning and imaging technique. Deliver high‑quality patient care and customer service to patients of all ages. Coordinate with the radiology team, referring physicians, and other departments to optimize patient flow. Maintain critical thinking in daily task prioritization and assume accountability for team and personal contributions. Participate in call rotation, including weekend and holiday coverage, and cross‑train in additional modalities as required. Qualifications Completion of an AMA‑approved Radiology Technology training program with current ARRT certification. Current ARRT RT(VI) or RT(CV) certification and BLS certification. Experience in Interventional/Special Procedure preferred. Ability to obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment. One year of relevant experience required.
