Associate Attorney

Position Overview Halliam PLLC, is looking to hire an associate attorney with a passion for real estate financing transactions on both the lender and borrower side, who is an energetic hard worker, capable of handling high-stakes, complex financing transactions on an expedited timeline. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience with commercial real estate finance, including loan originations, refinancings, mezzanine loans and similar transactions. This position will be based in the firm's Boca Raton, Florida office. Halliam serves as a captive law firm to Kayne Anderson Real Estate, supporting its real estate debt origination and loan-related activities. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a well-recognized and accredited law school Admission to a state bar and in good standing 2-5 years of experience in real estate finance with an AM Law 100 firm Understanding of real estate financing transactions and a strong desire to learn Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Experience with a variety of complex commercial real estate finance transactions, including lender side and borrower side representations Ability to work in small teams and independently.
