Join MILENE MANSOURI LAW PC as an Associate Litigation Attorney, where you'll dive into meaningful legal work, collaborating directly with our managing attorney. This role is perfect for you if you have two to three years of litigation experience and are eager to contribute to both plaintiff and defense matters. While personal injury expertise is preferred, we're open to candidates with strong litigation backgrounds who can quickly adapt and take ownership of cases. Our boutique firm offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally, with a base salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000, plus performance-based incentives that reward your contributions and case outcomes.

This full-time position offers a pathway to long-term advancement, with additional benefits like two weeks of paid time off after one year, standard national holidays, a year-end bonus, and a matching 401(k) up to 3%. Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolution of both plaintiff and defense matters.
- Collaborate closely with our managing attorney to develop and implement strategic litigation plans.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom proceedings.
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity.
- Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations, advocating for their best interests.
- Engage in client consultations to provide clear, actionable legal advice and build strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with expert witnesses, gathering and organizing evidence to strengthen case arguments and outcomes.
- Experience in litigation with two to three years of practice, demonstrating a strong understanding of both plaintiff and defense cases.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently, ensuring timely and effective resolution of legal matters.
- Proven track record of collaborating with senior attorneys to develop and implement strategic litigation plans.
- Skill in conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom proceedings.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity.
- Experience in representing clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations, advocating for their best interests.
- Ability to engage in client consultations, providing clear, actionable legal advice and building strong client relationships.
