We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Maintenance Staff at Chadwick Community Care Center . In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table: Essential Qualifications:
- Perform routine maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Conduct regular facility inspections.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members for repairs.
- Manage and order supplies.
- Keep detailed maintenance records.
- High school diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years building maintenance experience.
- Prior work experience in a healthcare facility (nursing home or hospital) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of general repair, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to repair minor mechanical equipment.
- Knowledge of safety requirements and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, stretch and reach for extended periods of time.
