**Required Experience and Skills:** - Must have 18 months combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for, preferably within one location but can be combined. - Must have 18 months of recent CVICU experience, travel experience will suffice. - Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission. - One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. - Required certifications: Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS certifications. **Preferred Experience:** - Experience preferred to be within one location but not required. **Licensure and Certifications:** - Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission. - Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS certifications required. **Other Requirements:** - Traveler must work at least every other holiday. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, with an acceptable score required. - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required, with medical/religious exemptions only. - Flu Vaccine: Required, with medical/religious exemptions only. - All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) must be nicotine-free - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. **Miscellaneous Requirements:** - No open case background check hits are accepted. - No license hits are accepted. - Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for one year from their previous end date. - BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract. - Modules are completed pre-start and annually, with up to 4 hours billable.
